Capacity Infrastructure Services is the water management company responsible for delivering water, stormwater and wastewater services to three cities in the Wellington region.
We have the opportunity for a Human Resources Analyst to join this professional and motivated team. We are seeking a generalist HR professional with knowledge in all areas of HR with particular strengths in Human Resource Information Systems, statistical reporting and performance management systems.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR systems and processes; and manage and analyse HR data and information to support ongoing organisational performance.
Relevant work experience and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar is essential, and papers in statistics would strengthen your application.
