Responsibilities
Gary manages Capacity Infrastructure Service's Operations team with overall responsibility for operating and maintaining our clients’ water service networks to meet the required service levels.

Janet Dobbie, Corporate Services Manager
Responsibilities
Janet manages Capacity Infrastructure Service's internal business and corporate services including human resources, finance and accounting, IT and information management, operational performance, Board services and administration activities. Janet’s team also co-ordinates and advises on the company’s communications and marketing activities.

Jetesh Bhula, Asset Development Manager
Responsibilities
Jetesh manages the asset development for all Capacity Infrastructure Service's clients. This includes forward works programmes, investigations, water quality monitoring, new water supply connections and subdivisions, project management of development projects and water supply modelling.

Pat Scahill, Business Assurance Manager
Responsibilities
Pat is responsible for Capacity Infrastructure Service's quality assurance and risk management. This includes managing Capacity Infrastructure Service's quality certification, the development of business systems, and managing the internal audit programme. Pat provides assistance to Capacity Infrastructure Service's business teams in the development and implementation of quality procedures and in managing special projects.

Yon Cheong, Asset Planning Manager
Responsibilities
Yon's team is responsible for the long term management of our clients’ infrastructural assets. This has included preparing asset management plans and long term financial strategies, reviewing and updating processes, strategies and policies; and preparing applications for resource consents.

Kevin Robertson, Manager, Programme Management
Responsibilities
As manager of the Programme Management team, Kevin oversees capital expenditure projects in the three waters for Capacity's clients. Kevin has more than 25 years' experience in civil construction work and drainage investigations, project design, operations and asset management.
